Mark of the Beast: Eradication

MindOverFour The tag says "goatwhore" for a reason. But track 3 is a little more power-violence than American Black Metal. As the album progresses, it reminds me of Texas metal/hard-core/Christian band Embodyment ("Embrace the Eternal"). Sparrows draws more on thrash and black metal (and is not at all Christian), but there is a similar fusion of Dillinger-esque technicality and tempo changes, screamo vocals, and wicked breakdowns. Should appeal to fans of BM, DM, math-metal, hard-core, and thrash. Favorite track: Lightbearer.

casting shadows of mountains with wings spread out like angels, they take to the sky enticing the fragile bones of bodies lying near sharp talons carry our weak to their death, this state of fear consume this drug, now disappear fade into the planet's life stream delivering the plague, the planet's one last gift blood is spilled for the ancients the ultimate sacrifice my limbs have morphed slowly this is not flesh that I shed becoming something unholy time will expand help me! My bones begin to crack, as my body begins to change twitches of the possessed, faces of the deranged I've turned into, one of the towering abominations, delivering the plague What the hell have I become? Ashamed of it all, as my body is gone I feast upon the flesh, I once called my own Its taking over, the beautiful hunger to the rotting hills, where we were left to die the longest journey, a decomposing mind darkness consumes the soul, there's no torch lit never to find our, way through the trail of bones, lost with no thought, forever I shed the skin of man and the feathers of the plague doctor consume this drug, now dissappear fade into the planet's life stream the ultimate sacrifice

Hunters 04:54
When the sky opens We praise and worship I wear the mark of the ancients surrounded by those who share my plight there is no equal for the vengeance we seek now call upon the creatures of the dead night the smell of decay spreads as the blood moon begins to rise we hang the guilty as an offering cleanse the soil of those who defy be reborn through the flames of the ancients the souls that lived before your gods and demons screams lure the innocent, and those unluckly enough to hear the call life clings in the mouth of the forest where all life that enters, will soon bow and fall the centuries before man, soaked this dirt with bloodshed now that the tides of torment rises again we become one with them be reborn through the flames of the ancients, (we become one with them) the souls that lived before your gods and demons (we become one with them) their hollowed faces line these trees the sky opens, to exact revenge upon the weak the wind cuts like glass, against the skin, into the skin step ever so lightly, or succumb to the evil within defiling the corpses, of innocent children this is what we were driven to, a pitiful game after raping our minds, your time will come soon come forth and claim the offering your kind is not wanted here the screams are deafening, I knew they would follow the bodies lie hollow, no shame for the born slaves I hear someone walking in my woods Call of the siren, listen to her voice, listen to her voice

Razing Eden 03:44
Rid this world of existence remold our promise land through his eyes cleanse, through our own devices kill, young bodies lie lifeless the serpent slithers through the cracks of fate mindless sedation, the chaos ensues lust stained lips of harlots, the bloodshot stare of junkies a life with no purpose, the parallels are endless destroying not creating, they chose death instead of life the cries out, to save us, are hopeless, contagious we shall all, share in the same fate this endless curse, has enslaved us all our newborn have fallen, into a state of unconsciousness that's unfamiliar, even to us every precaution was taken, except by ridding our land of the filth, the false prophets, and the non-believers what must be done is as clear as this day indoctrinate then eradicate those crawling along and easily lead astray enter the light or be shown to your cosmic grave Rid this world of existence remold their promise land its all lies without us and our guidance, humanity has no hope be brave, when letting the voices in for your own will be forever lost they say, the brand will save your mind but who will save them, when we lose control, when they lose control of us I'll disconnect from what keeps my head here unplug from their god and spit out their fear
